Guru Fitness - spare some advice for a beginner old new? Ive been reading through & Qs As, looking for my answer and I applaud everyones generosity. Heres my story. I turn next 50 months. Noting that milestone in my life three weeks ago I decided to stop wallowing in self-worth issues from my divorce and dedicate l ' hours I used to surf porn to try to land a real woman! I'm sure you can imagine - smoker, drinker, beer belly. So, I created a routine for my time. That's what I did ... I bought Electras Carmen Striptease Workout (' a sweet little eyes for an old man) and then 15 minutes to warm up. Then I walk for 30 minutes. Back home (up 3 flights of stairs), I do 50 curls with weights 5 pounds. Then, sweating like a pig and gasping for air ' just walk around my place for 15 minutes of reflection and drinking water. After three weeks of doing this every day - I cool much faster, so I think I can do another 5 minutes .... something. And that is the question I pose ... My goal is better by May.
